Every program at ICE is a full-time, four-year Bachelor of Engineering under the Institute of Engineering curriculum. Eight semesters of coursework, labs, fieldwork, and a final-year project.

All three award a Bachelor of Engineering from Tribhuvan University. Entry is through the IOE entrance examination; merit scholarships of 50–100% apply across programs.
